Baby wont latch

hello,
My baby is 2 months and 10 days old.I have low milk supply from beginning of baby birth.From first 15 days she did not latch on good and i did not use pump at this time (that my mistake).But now i do pump and i just get 1 ounce for whole day. I also eat Fenugreek but it also does not help.Now my baby also dont latch on for long time due to low milk supply.She just latch like 5 minutes and away from breast and start cry. Can you please give me any suggestion for increase my milk supply, bcz i disparately want to breastfeed her.

Also, as far as latch goes, you need to see a lactation consultant who can easily remedy that problem.
