Permanent makeup while breastfeeding

Is it safe to get permanent makeup while breastfeeding?

Answer from the lactation consultant:
I am not familiar with permanent makeup but if it is like getting tattoo, then I do not recommend during breastfeeding because of risk of infection and reaction.
It would probably be best to ask the person doing the procedure, they should have the recommendations from the product manufacturer that will best answer your question.
